90210 and Gossip girl are two of my favourite shows. Like many other teen girls I lust after their clothes and maybe even their boyfriends... just a little. But what show is more fashion forward ?

Before I even delve into my research of the two I've already ready thought of something many girls would agree with me about. Gossip Girl's fashion alot of the time is very posh and preppy, not naming anyone Blair. Where as 90210 has a laid back Californian look going on. So I guess this is a case of East vs West.

Annie wears a "music note" woolly cardigan with a stripe tank and lilac pastle shorts.

I love how you would never of expected these items to go together but they do in an "I just threw this one" kind of way.

Naomi doesn't always wear the Audrey Hepburn esque clothing but I thought this captured her personality.

Tweed skirt, cardigan and pearls you say. Sort of Gran like but with the right colours and well... face she pulls it off.

The mustard blouse and pleated grey skirt work well with her skin tone and hair. I personally would not wear it but I love it on her.

I obsess every week over Silver's style. She has a relaxed attitude and wears casual clothes (unlike Naomi). But casual doesn't mean boring. This printed top is one of my favourites worn by Silver plus the navy shorts compliments it well.
